By purchasing a bouquet subscription from Gatto’s Petal Pickup, I understand and agree to the following:

• This is a limited, perishable product. I agree to pick up my bouquet on the scheduled date provided.

• If I live outside the local delivery area, I acknowledge that pickup rules apply, and it is my responsibility to collect my bouquet from the designated location.

• If I am unable to pick up my bouquet, I will arrange for a friend or family member to do so on my behalf.

• If delivery is chosen-The first bouquet will come with a vase. After the first delivery, each bouquet will be hand tied and packaged with flower food. NO VASE. 
• If you will NOT be home on delivery day, please fill your vase with water and place on your porch for drop off!

• Unclaimed bouquets will be donated to a local hospital, nursing home, or care facility. Bouquets are non-refundable and will not be replaced if they are not picked up.

• I understand that weather conditions may affect bloom timing. Colleen will reach out via email or Facebook Messenger to confirm exact pickup dates as the season progresses.

• In the rare event of a crop failure or unforeseen circumstance, comparable substitutions or partial reimbursement may be offered.
